| Mark was born on Amelia
Island, Florida and grew up in Clinton, South Carolina. In addition to those
States, he has lived in Indiana, Kansas, Massachusetts, Germany and Georgia.
He has traveled extensively throughout Europe and the United States and
parts of the Caribbean both during his tenure in the U.S. Army (1982-1985)
and afterwards.
Mark is a graduate of Clinton High
School, Clinton, South Carolina (1980); Bridgewater State College, B. A. in
History, cum laude, Bridgewater, Massachusetts (1990) and the Walter F.
George School of Law, Mercer University J.D., Macon, Georgia (1993). He has
practiced in numerous Courts within the State of Georgia and has been
admitted pro hac vice for a drug trafficking case in the State of Florida.
Since 1993, he has represented more than 5,000 clients.
Mark is actively involved in his
support of Dixie Youth Baseball, many charities, and has a passion for
music, travel, friends and family. Mark has five children, ranging in age
from 7-21.
Mark has represented clients from all
over the world and brings a unique and diverse philosophy to the practice of
law. He genuinely cares for his clients and works tenaciously to give his
all to each and every client. |

Anissa was
born in Gainesville, Florida and grew up in Moultrie, Georgia. She is a graduate of Colquitt County
High School, Moultrie, Georgia (1987) and Georgia Southwestern State University,
B.S. in Business Management, Americus, Georgia (1996). She previously worked
for Reeves Construction Company for more than sixteen (16) years and was
instrumental in the day to day operations of the Human Resources Department
overseeing the welfare of numerous employees. She and Mark were married in
2005.
Anissa is actively involved in many
charities, and has a passion for exercise, travel, friends, scrap booking,
photography and family.
Anissa is extremely organized and
dedicated to the quality, professional, and ethical aspects of the law field
and has proven to be an invaluable asset. |
